Raoul Hausmann – The minotaur

The exhibition follows the table of contents of Raoul Hausmann’s unfinished work entitled Le Renouveau du Mythique (The Renewal of the Mythical), in which, in 9 chapters, he sets out his thinking between drive and neurosis, his interest in primordial form and the question of renewal.

To coincide with this exhibition, the Museum is presenting the book Dadasophe. De Berlin à Limoges, co-published in 2017 with Editions Dilecta. This richly illustrated book brings together contributions by Cécile Bargues, Régis Gayraud, Chantal François-Texier, Michel Giroud, Adelheid Koch-Didier, Ghislain Lauverjat, Patrick Lhot, Alexandre Mare, Olivier Michelon, Bernd Stiegler, Annabelle Ténèze, Hélène Thiérard, Vanessa Theodoropoulou.
