To celebrate European Museum Night, the Haute-Vienne Museum of Contemporary Art – Château de Rochechouart will be open to the public free of charge from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Guided tours are offered at 7:30 p.m., 8:00 p.m., 8:30 p.m., and 9:00 p.m. Throughout these tours, the docents invite you to explore the museum’s collections, the highlights of the current exhibition “The Museum in Motion,” and their personal favorites.
This is also an opportunity to discover Yona Friedman’s monumental sculpture, “A Museum Without a Building for Rochechouart,” and its metal hoops, now installed in a new setting.
